NeonLob is a padel session management platform. Sign up for sessions, manage your doubles partnership and follow your match results in real time — all on your phone.

Each session has a mix format that determines how teams are formed and how court rotation works.

The most popular format. Each player signs up individually (or with a preferred partner).

• At the start of the mix, balanced pairs are formed: one stronger player with one weaker.
• Court 1 is the most competitive; the last court is the most relaxed.
• Each round, winners move up (lower court number) and losers move down.
• On Court 1, the winner stays. On the last court, the loser stays.
• If the number of players isn't a multiple of 4, some sit on the bench for a round.

Teams are reshuffled every round so you play with and against everyone. Points accumulate across rounds.

You can sign up as a pair (fixed partner) or individually. The algorithm balances partner and opponent history to maximise variety.

Players are split into two groups: A-side (stronger) and B-side. Groups cross between courts each round. Requires an active ranking linked to the session.

Being on the bench means you don't have a match that round — usually because the number of players isn't a multiple of 4.

You sit out that round and automatically join the next one. The rotation is managed by the admin to ensure everyone has the same number of bench rounds over the session.

After each match, any player in the pair can enter the score on the Your match page.

• Enter the score for team A and team B.
• If both pairs submit the same score, it's saved automatically.
• If there's a conflict (different scores), the admin reviews and decides.

In Friday Smash and Americano, you can nominate a preferred partner when signing up.

• Enter your partner's email — they receive a link to accept.
• Your sign-up is only confirmed once your partner accepts.
• Until they accept, you're in the queue as a pending pair.
• If they don't accept in time, you can cancel and sign up with someone else.

The ranking accumulates points over a season's sessions. Depending on club settings:

• By wins: each match win earns points.
• By games won: the score (e.g. 6-4) counts directly.
• Ties are broken using criteria configured by the club.
